3QLC-KS AND 3QLK-KS KING SIZE POWER CHUCKS

Yet another chucking innovation has been developed by FORKARDT! Even though the 3QLC chucks have only relatively recently been introduced into the market (in workholding terms), this range of power chucks has quickly established itself as the world's most advanced. Now, the range of already extremely successful chucks has been significantly extended with the introduction of a version without centrifugal force compensation (3QLK) for lower speed applications, and two versions (3QLC-KS and 3QLK-KS) equipped with bigger through hole bores for handling larger diameter workpieces.

The most obvious advantage of the new KING SIZE chucks is the ability to grip workpieces in dimensions which so far did not seem to be possible.

Therefore, with the introduction of these KING SIZE chucks one not only has the advantages of high performance, reliability and quality of the QLC chucks (not to mention the many low maintenance features), but also bore sizes which are some 40 % bigger than those in "standard" chucks. In addition, all standard base jaws locations (FORKARDT, metric, ACME, cross tenon, etc.) are all available ex-stock.
